For obtaining information relating to the organization, public can refer Organizations’ website
http://peso.gov.in or can contact Information and Facilitation Centers of each of the 26 offices of
the Organization. In case of any grievance, the ‘GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL OFFICER’ who is
head of office of each of 26 offices can be contacted. A list of name of grievance officer with
names, office address and phone numbers, fax numbers and email address has been made
available on Organizations’ website under Act/Rule/Form/State/District wise list of licenses through
