 2.         Explosives Rules  :

Karanja in Mumbai and Tuticorin ports are authorized for Export
of explosives.

Karanja in Mumbai, Chennai, Cochin, Tuticorin, Visakhapatnam and
Kolkata (Diamond Harbour) Ports are authorized for Import of explosives.
